Chuck Rubac

Navy SEAL, Co-Founder

For the past 24 years, Mr. Rubac has been involved with our nation's highest performing US Navy SEAL teams. He began his career serving at the Naval Medical Research Institute- Experimental Diving Unit, followed by SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team-2, SEAL Team-10, and Naval Special Warfare Group-2 as an advanced training and tactics instructor. After his active duty military service, he continued to serve as a Subject Matter Expert with the Department of Homeland Security focusing on terrorism prevention where he conducted hundreds of critical infrastructure vulnerability assessments and risk analysis projects in all fifty states. He has also worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the US Department of State- Diplomatic Security Service, Anti-terrorism Program and Special Program Embassy Augmentation Response Project. His focus was on providing hard and soft skills training for partner nation's Special Operations Forces. He has also trained multiple detachments for the Office of Naval Intelligence, US Navy EOD teams, SEAL teams and Marine Corps Special Operations Command. Mr. Rubac's vast experience has taken him to over sixty five different countries.  He is a father of six children and cherishes time with his family.  Chuck as a way of simplifying the most complex tasks and creating unique learning opportunities for any age group.
